Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for QualPal purchases processed by Paddle.
1) Merchant of Record
Purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued via Paddle to the original payment method.
2) Refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
3) How to request a refund
Email billing@qualpal.com with:
- The email used at checkout
- Invoice/receipt ID (from Paddle)
